    well their not toddlers but on our last trip i think the best thing i packed was a soft night light. the blackout curtains really made absolute darkness.

    early-mid-late oct?

    we were there Oct 14 - 23 2007 and most days were very light with the crowds. esp the extra magic evenings...i would recommend the evenings. do the MNSSHP as the MK was pretty much walk up to any attraction. have fun :wave:

    Poly Room ?

    we stayed in the Hawaii longhouse last oct and had a first floor with patio and couple chairs. i don't recall seeing a lot of balconies.

    the best advice i got from these fine folks is just slow it down when the vacation starts, don't follow any plan too close as you'll be making a lot of adjustments, and that's ok. just slow it down and enjoy, don't rush it. if you miss an adr, fine, there will be something else special nearby.

    2.8 billion sounds like a lot and it is. relative to WDW how much is it? a common measure is to look at the 2.8 billion as a percent of total gross sales, among other ratios. everything is relative.
