From what I've been told @princessmommy is correct. I've called multiple times and even tried to book while I was there at guest services January 2014 and they told me yes you can reserve a room 499 days out put a down payment for the room but the final price will not be released until "summer"...- SDisney90

When Can I look at January 2016 Availability Online?
I always go in January due to both of my jobs it's the only time I can go. So to answer your question there is no "set date" BUT for the past 3 years January prices were released around mid July.- SDisney90
