Maybe I am niave when it comes to hurricanes, but for me the focus was always on the wind speed.. maybe because I am used to tornados.. And on the TV screens all you really saw was the wind as this makes it a CAT 4 vs 5 so more newsworthly. So I wonder if locals focus more on the "strengh" wind...

Even if WDW is up and running, we might cancel if the outlying areas are still recovering. We are driving down so a bit flexable. I hear Kissimimee is in flooded and we just feel it's maybe best to stay away the area until things are better and that might be a while.

We have a trip planned in 2 weeks and wanted to check out what is going in WDW.. But what others are dealing with right now, makes are non-real problems embarassing to even thing about. I hope all are safe.. Where we live we only have tornados to deal with..
