Sorry to disagree but being a DVC contract is not misinformation. You are correct that the resale contract can only be used there for DVC stays, but it can be used at II, which means it is a DVC contract. No reason to get angry about it.

You don't have to do it in person. Go to the Shades of Green website and you can fill in a PDF and email it to them. They'll call you to verify information and card, and you'll get an email with the tickets that you can attach to your MDE account.

We met Chef during Food & Wine and he was a hoot. Multiple f-bombs while he was cooking! Very personable and we had a good chat with him. If we were going to be there, we would absolutely do both the whiskey tasting and seven course meal.

Price did influence our decision. While we could easily afford it, the cost for only 2 days was way too high. If Disney would have gone with a 3 day experience for the same price, a lot more people, including us, would have signed up to go.

While I will agree that the view of the walk up to the wedding pavilion will change, the view once you are inside will not change from the current view of MK. You will forget that the other buildings even exist during a wedding ceremony and the pictures will still show the same awesome view...
