If I'm trying to get in ALL the HP rides, should I start on the IOA side and then take the Hogwarts Express over to US side and do single rider for Gringotts? I heard single rider is usually a 30 min wait compared to a 240 min wait..?

No I can understand the confusion! And ok I understand. Yes that is a complete wreck and a matter of whose elbows are sharper. Very unorganized and when paired with giant tour groups can be horrendous.
