No. They still have the normal free EMH's. This "event" gives you breakfast at the park, early access to Fantasyland only and what sounds like a version of a fastpass until 10 am for fantasyland attractions. The park still opens at 9:00 for regular park guests.

We hop most every day we are in the park. We rarely end in the same park that we started the day in.

When we were there in November there was no wait for the FP line. The only FP waits we tended to see were in MK. I think this has to do with all of the crowd waves that are created by stage shows, parades, and fireworks.
