Hey guys, I noticed it says we are supposed to bring "formal attire" for our orientation and training, I was wondering what they mean by this, and what I should bring. Any former CPs remember? Also, you've all been awesome in answering my questions, just wanted to say thanks :sohappy:

Gotta be honest, I'll believe that they're removing the hat when it actually happens Hoping it only moves though, I like it, but obviously its placement was questionable.

As of April, many effects in Dinosaur weren't working, that's for sure

Wondering if we have a list of nonworking effects in attractions? Maybe we could make one and monitor it, similar to the Yeti thread. Just an idea :wave: (Waiting for the "VHJFVBUFVFIUPV ITS PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO CAN'T APPRECIATE THE GOOD ONLY FOCUS ON THE BAD ETC" response)

Expanding on the popularity of the hat as seen at DHS, I'd like to see an additional hat added to each of the parks. It screams Disney, and will help people remember that they are in a Disney park. For example, maybe the hat could be placed on top of SSE, or in front of the Fountain of Nations...

Very interesting concept. The creation of new superheroes by a joint Disney/Marvel venture would certainly be more welcome to Disney Park fans, as opposed to forcibly throwing the Hulk or Spiderman into the parks.

With the exception of Star Wars, many of these weren't major franchises prior to being picked up by Disney. In order to appease the fans of the theme parks, Marvel will first have to get a Disney make-over. Additionally, Pixar has become synonymous with Disney over the past two decades. In...

I'd hope they wait a few years, especially until after the release of a successful Disney/Marvel film. I don't think Marvel fits into any Disney park at the moment, its just not established enough as a Disney property. Give it at least few years, until they start to become synonymous. Then...

I'm working attractions as part of my CP, I'll be down there mid-Janruary through mid-May. I am very excited and just wanted to see if anybody had any tips or advice. Also, I was wondering what to expect for my role? What duties, training, experience etc should I expect? :wave:

Agreed. Very curious (as well as anxious) as to what they do with this. I know SirGoofy and a bunch of others here are all for Marvel in the parks (as long as its in the right places), but I just don't think I could buy into it :shrug:

I was thinking the same exact thing. Somebody run to Costco and grab a supersize box of popcorn :lol: I will be following this story very closely, its implications could be quite large
