Love, love, LOVE! Things that still bother me (because I’ll never be satisfied) 1.) What is with the trees in the center planter blocking SSE? 2.)Flanking one side of SSE is one tree. The other side has been two trees for years. Get rid of them and bring back the palm trees!

Always a pleasure to see this thread pop up. When I was evacuated from SEE in 2007 or 08 I was evacuated in 180top/the planetarium. It was incredible. We walked all the way down the descent. My photos weren’t the best but I stood under “the window” and it is insane how big of a structure it is.

Just saw the new Canada film on Youtube. Loved it! The restoration/salvation of some of the original scenes looks great along with some of the 2007 footage and new footage being nicely incorporated in. The new narration is nice, direct, and fun, not over-the-top cheesy with Martin Short.

In 2006 I remember turning around to see it reflect from the light of the “virtual classroom” projection. While I think the space station was always painted white (expect for the walls) I also think the window structure was too up until 2007.

One thing I want to know so bad is what happened to the displays in the Star Tunnel windows? Not to be confused with the displays in the zig zag corridor which are still there on the FastPass side, the start tunnel also had displays in it from 1975-1985 and I only know of one photo that exists...
