I remember seeing this. From what I recall the entire "Lottery" video was shot on location in the Disney-MGM Studios park - along New York street if I remember correctly. I don't know about them bringing it back. I wonder if some of the original areas where it was filmed have since changed.

Trust me, construction down here is slower than anywhere I've ever lived - including Jersey. I think it's just because Disney wants it done fast that it's getting done fast. Every other construction project down here seems to take an eternity. :(
