I think the hardest job Volcano Bay is going to have is re-educating people who are used to a system like Fastpass+ who think TapuTapu allows them to do the same things. Spoilers: It doesn't. It is a virtual standby line and Express still exists. You can't physically wait in 3 standby lines...

The way it works I believe is that they make sure that the water temperature and the actual temperature combined never exceed 120. So 60 degrees outside and 60 degrees in the water, 90 degrees outside and 30 in the water etc.

My issue with their being live entertainment is that anything less than a Na'vi standing up there banging the drums will be disappointing.

It's much bigger in person. They command your attention everywhere you walk in that land. Getting to actually walk under them really adds to their dominance.

If Guardians goes anywhere, it should be Epcot. Get rid of Ellen and Wonders of Life and use that space to put a really impressive ride that will draw crowds back to Epcot who are looking for more to do than just get drunk around the world.
