We haven't stayed concierge at AKL (or any resort, for that matter) but from my understanding, the concierge rooms are on the upper floors, 5-6. From my understanding, there is no where at AKL where you can observe any of the fireworks. You are too far from MK and Epcot.

Yes to both questions. The Zahanati Fitness Center is free to AKL guests. The rooms have wired connections, but it is not free.
