Interesting, I do remember riding Splash without lap bars but I'd just assumed that modern safety legislation made lap bars nonnegotiable for rides with larger drops. Didn't realise it was just to keep you from wandering off!

Bit late to the party so probably already been said - but it looks like the Navi River Journey doesn't require lap bars. Do I remember someone saying a while back that it featured a small drop or did I dream that? If so, it must be a pretty small drop, à la Pirates?
