I found out last year that the last two weeks or so before your trip you have to call every day to check availability. You are more or less taken off of the wait list. I wish you much luck for the last two nights - hope you have a back up plan.

We have gone the past 12 years the last week in October and stay for 10 days. Perfect time to go. Low to mid 80's during the day and 65-70 at night. No afternoon thunderstorms and no humidity. You also have MNSSHP and the Food & Wine. Crowds are not bad at all. Our favorite time of year to go.

I know that the P&P parties were cancelled so far for this year but if Disney decides to start them up again, if the economy improves (if that was the reason), how much in advance would they start posting dates? We did the one last May, had a great time, and were looking forward to going again.
