I think it depends on the time of day and the conditions under this scenario. Are we talking the first hour of the day after RD? The last hour of EMH that ends at 3AM? The park to myself? Oh how I would have very different answers.

bluezoo is one of the top restaurants on property, IMO. For me, bluezoo and Shula's are right behind V&A's, ahead of Citricos and Flying Fish and miles ahead of everything else.
