Beach Club has a better location due to quick access to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios via a short boat ride. Of course, you still have to take the bus for MK or AK. However, with the better pool, restaurants and boat transport to two parks... Beach Club is way better.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is one of the best rides ever created and in my opinion still the best ride at MK today! The Dwarf Mine coaster is fun, but not BTMRR fun. So, yea I would ride Thunder before Frozen for sure.

The Expedition Everest single rider is easily one of the best options. We like to use our Fast Pass first and then get in the single rider line for a quick 2nd ride! ;)
