What's your tradition when you go to wdw

The last couple of times I've went, I've made it a point to get a margarita in Epcot the first night I'm there, then watch IllumiNations.

    Epcot Poster

Wow...I love them both. The Epcot one is amazing!

    Favorite YouTube channels

The Tim Tracker & iThemePark. I also love the trip series that rec213 made. It's old (2006) and might not be proper for kids, but it cracks me up every time.

If you could revive one thing at WDW...

I have not been there since they started with the hub refurbishment either...I was just comparing the hub with the trees and benches to the more concrete one.

If you could revive one thing at WDW...

The old hub and the original Image Works.

What new things are you going to do your next trip

We're going to Kona Cafe for breakfast and California Grill lounge for drinks. I have never eaten at any of the resort TS restaurants. We're also having dinner at Le Cellier. Kind of pricey, but I think it will be worth it!

Going to Disney while mourning a loved one

I am very sorry for your loss. I agree with a lot of the other posts...it seems like your wife would have wanted you to go. If you feel sad when you're there, don't feel guilty about being sad because you're in such a happy place. Feel what you want to feel. I'm sure that advice has been given...

What current attractions have you never experienced, despite having been to WDW?

MK: Hall of Presidents, Stitch's Great Escape, Philharmagic, Barnstormer, Mine Train, Winnie the Pooh, Under the Sea, Monsters Inc. Laugh Factory, Space Ranger Spin, Carousel of Progress, Jungle Cruise, Country Bear Jamboree, Tiki Room, Magic Carpets of Aladdin, and I haven't seen any of the...

Newsworthy Things That Happened During Your Vacation?

Pan Am flight 103 was bombed during our family's first trip there. I remember being in the hotel and watching the news about it on TV.

What Would Be New For You?

I last went in 2010, so there are lots of things that will be new for me this upcoming trip: the Fantasyland expansion, the interactive queues, Starbucks on Main Street (haha), creating my own car in Test Track...

If you could add a dark ride to Fantasyland...

I think Bedknobs and Broomsticks would be fun. I love that movie and it seems to be overlooked by many. The underwater scene would be very cool in a dark ride.

What's your favorite WDW attraction song old or new????

The old cheesy song from the end of Space Mountain, "We've Come So Far".

What do you miss from the old Disney parks???

Mr. Toad's, the hub with trees, Skyway, old Epcot entrance plaza, and not having to wait in a line or get a Fastpass to meet Donald Duck (although other people's kids turned up in family photos with characters, there was something extra special about seeing a character just walking around...

    The gift of Disney!

This is a wonderful gift you're giving them! I'm sure they will be happy and really appreciate it! To surprise my husband with our trip, I had postcards made on the site redbubble.com with images from the Disney parks on them (one had the retro monorail poster, one had a cool Mary Blair-esque...

    Magic Kingdom (New to site)

This may sound silly, but whenever I see the Mad Tea Party and hear the music from it, I get that feeling. It was the very first ride I went on during my first visit, and I try to make it my first every visit.

To use a TA or book myself?

Although I'm pretty OCD when it comes to all things Disney, I've booked my next two trips with a TA. They're pretty easygoing with the itinerary (they basically didn't give me one, I just asked for park hours) which is fine by me! I've made my ADR's and am planning it all out. I like using the...

I hope I'm the only one!

I'm going through the booking day jitters right now. My husband and I are going this September, and now that 2016 rates are out, I'm really considering booking a solo trip (unless my mom or husband want to go with) for the beginning of September of next year. This would be the first time ever...
