Well I'll be there in five days (going to both Disney and Universal parks) and I'll see for myself about the Simpsons Ride and Midway Mania. :wave:

My husband gets beer all the time at Fantasmic. And, yes, alcohol is served everywhere in Disney World except MK.

We took out daughter on her 8th birthday. We hit MK first then MGM (that's what it was called five years ago ;)). The CM there took us right to city hall and got my daughter a birthday button to wear all day. At jsut about every attraction the CM got on the mic and got the whole que singing...

I don't really have the answers to your questions. But I can say that if you choose to stay at a value resort, POP is the best one. Also, you might want to mention to your wife that values tend to have way more "little" kids running around than moderates do (IMO). If you hit it right, you may...

I think the only reason Universal can get away with Express Pass for their guests is because they only have three hotels. Disney could never offer that, they have way too may resorts. And Universal also only sells so many Express Passes per day. If they didn't the lines would be way too long...

I too have plenty of friends/family that "just don't get it". My brother-in-law had me plan a Disney World trip for him and his family a couple of years ago. I got him a beautiful pool home (at his request), tickets to the park, car, etc. All he could say positive about the trip was...

We also have gone several times with a group of 12 family members, 6 adults, 6 kids. For us my cousin's family was always the "stragglers" getting up and ready and in the parks (which I knew before we left). So the deal there was, "call my cell when you get to the park and we hitch up." It...

Wow, I'd count it!!! :eek: That's certainly fitting a lot into a day for sure. We alwasy do two parks a day (sometimes three). When three, we always begin with AK, then EPCOT or DHS then finish up with MK. I don't mind the heckticness of it all, as a matter of fact I actuall enjoy it! :shrug:

The only resort I know that pets are allowed is Fort Wilderness. However you're not supposed to keep the pet in your camper/tent while you're not there, they want you to kennel them. There are kennels at MK and DHS that I know for sure but I'm not sure of AK or Epcot, I don't think so. Just...

No, that's not the case. I don't have an "official" trip planned and I was still able to get them mailed to me. So I'm not sure what the problem might be :shrug:.

Well you said you owned a DVC, I thought that maybe you could have it "snail mailed" to a DVC address there in Florida then pick it up at the front desk on your next trip. I have to admit, I don't know much about DVC, so I'm not sure as that would be an option but it might be something to check...

I beleive it's to the right of the print button to get it sent to your home. You need to fill out name, address, etc.
