Resort wide service is sub par for the prices they charge. Napa Rose is generally the best but I've even had bad service there. Carthay dinning room seems to be the most uneven which doesn't make sense because that's where they're trying to present the most high end experience.

Paradise Pier was probably the worst land Disney ever built when DCA opened. Toy Story Midway Mania and the Victorian facades on the store fronts helped make the land feel like it belonged in a Disney park.
