Actually hit Broadway shows oversell their theaters all the time. When all the seats are sold out they sell standing room tickets and pack in as many people as the fire marshal will allow.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast but nothing special. My one huge complaint is that the lighting over the bathroom vanity was harsh and unflattering.

The out door seating area of Pizza Port looks like the set of Saved by the Bell. I'm sure that's why someone might assume the architecture is from the 80s.

For me the spirit of Disney theme parks that I once knew died the last ten years of Michale Eisner's tenure. All this new construction is bringing the parks back to life. They're coming back to life as something new and different. I prefer new and different to dead and decrepit.

I hope this means Marvel land is further along than we've been led to believe. I was loosing hope that it was ever going to happen.

I would walk to the parks during the day because it's really not a bad walk at all. Then take Uber home at the end of the night. I usually get Uber from the lobby of the Disneyland hotel and it runs around $6 or $7 to any of the near by hotels.
