    I don’t know if this has any bearing on the gondola open dates, but Disney has started running Skyline resort ads on Instagram. If you click on the ad, it just says fall 2019, but seems like open date is close enough they feel comfortable running ads around it.

    Long time lurker, first time poster. Medical devices have to be FDA approved. So, it could be done, but it's expensive and takes a longish time.
