I like the question you're asking. Before answering it, I'd like to see the finalized stage, and also find out just how 'temporary' it's going to be. :)

Been pretty darn lucky with this sort of thing. Only time was on H:M for about 10 minutes - no biggie. Did witness a sort of bad stop though... Just after exiting E:E, a train got stuck near the top of the lift hill. For one reason or another, we decided to hang around at the ride exit and...

I'm a WI boy (Grafton) and would LOVE to see a Disney Park here! Can't imagine it would ever happen though. What would be really cool are more flight options out of Mitchell (Milwaukee's airport). I know O'Hare has more options, it's just a really long drive for us.

I think Peoplemover and SM are futuristic, and Tomorrowland itself has a futuristic feel for the most part. I agree though that there are a number of attractions that aren't futuristic, and IMO, detract from the area, with the TL Stage and Speedway being the biggest offenders. Loud, smelly cars...

I think it depends on when you visit. The only things planned for our January trip were the dates, flights, hotel and park tickets. Did a total of zero ADR's and FastPasses (or would that be FastPassPluseses?) in advance and still dined at some nicer places, and rode the rides, saw the shows...
