TOT finding; a sign of things to come?

On that website, on the first picture, is that an orb on the figure to the left? Don't people say that's how ghosts show up in pictures? Maybe the tower of terror is more haunted than we think... ;)

    Kongfrontation

KEEP KONG OPEN!!! I think a mummy/scorpion king themed coaster would fit much better in IoA's lost continent than in Universals New york... Hopefully universal has figured this out...

Southeast residents! Play the lottery NOW!

I wish disney would do that. Or I wouldn't mind it if disney gives a version of sea world/busch gardens fun card (pay for a one day ticket, get in free for the rest of the year). I know they do it for the water parks sometimes, but I'm waiting for the big parks.

    Mickey Head

I never noticed that. I did notice that the house number has changed over the past year from 911 to 611 to just plain 11.

    Ride videos!!!!

That's great. I never even looked because it's WINDOWs media player. I figured they just wouldn't make a mac version, but I guess it's the same as apple making quicktime for windows too... :sohappy: :sohappy: Now I don't need to go to use someone elses computer to download videos!!!

Local News: HHN at IOA a go.

IT is popular with the locals, although I've been living in the area for about 12 years and last year was the firest year that I actually went to the event. I expected it to be a lot scarier, but it's still a lot of fun.

    Guiness World of Records

Ah yes, F(rank) A(llen) O(tto) Schwart's, the giant toy box that fell from the sky, in the same shopping center as the science lab that fell from the sky (wonder works), right down the street from the pyrimaid that fell from the sky and went out of business (gusiness and soon to be hard rock)...

    Busch Gardens -- Rain Passes

What do you mean? It's just like the other parks. Universal parks do give rain passes for a ride, if you are waiting on line. You can come back later in the day, and I've never had mine collected so you could go on over and over and over and over again...

Local News: HHN at IOA a go.

I could be wrong, but from what I've heard, they won't have it. One of the rumors for them not haveing it is that on the second weekend of the mardi gras parade, a float scraped against a wooden post on the outside of jaws, causeing minor damage. When dodge heard about this, they pulled their...

Any good USF / IOA websites?

Mine is coming. I want to have most of it done before I post it, and it's taking a while to make, so it'll probably be a few more weeks. A few pages of it that are finished are http://www.geocities.com/universal_mardi_gras and http://www.geocities.com/grinchmas_2001

    Screamscape Rumor for IoA....

Although it sounds like it may be a good coaster if built, it sounds kind of repetivive with teradactle flyers right next door, although I wouldn't mind if the scrap the scorpion king coaster and keep King Kong to spend their money on this.

Local News: HHN at IOA a go.

The thing I'm mad about is there not being a Festival of the dead parade if it's at Islands. Otherwise, i can't see it being that bad. I just hope they will do something like switch the event between parks each year or something so you could get a chance to ride new stuff without buying a day...

Southeast residents! Play the lottery NOW!

I went and asked if I bought a lottery ticket and brought it in, would they add an extra year to the pass I already had. They said no:( . I guess it's time to get a pass to disney:D :sohappy: :D

    Guiness World of Records

Personally, From what they are, I would have liked to see the old attraction better. The upside down building is wonder works. (my personal favorite idrive museam) The one that closed up is guniess world

    Dr. Doom's FearFall?

That's what I thought too, but according to screamscape, the ride can also be run with motors and the car can be lifted to the top of the tower and pulled down by the motors. I have seen the car be lifted up after closeing hours and then lowered, but I don't know if it can be dropped.

    Guiness World of Records

I guess it did close up...Heres what screamscape.com has to say about it... Hard Rock Cafe Museum - (6/12/02) A new rock ‘n roller museum attraction will replace the Guinness World Records Experience attraction off I-Drive at the Mercado by November. The Guinness attraction closed down...

    USF or Sea World?

They didn't? The times I've had to deal with their guest services they usually are really good and grant all of your wishes. I have seen them extend tickets before, so I guess you were just unlucky.:(
