    New Mid-Day Ticket Option

Disney has lost their minds lately with ticket pricing. It’s really driving the public crazy. Go back to one price, one operating day, no special late night or early morning tickets. Basics Disney!

News Tron coaster coming to the Magic Kingdom

“Speedway” now that’s the problem. No one wants a speedway in their land.

News Tron coaster coming to the Magic Kingdom

TRON Reality: 1. The ride is a beautifully art directed E ticket coaster that will deliver big time, while driving weight loss for many visitors. 2. Tomorowland is a visual disaster. With the lame new color scheme and partial rejection of Sci-fi update, the land looks more and more like an...

EPCOT Remy's Ratatouille Adventure coming to Epcot

It will not be Kitchen Calamity, given 80% of visitors wouldn’t have any idea of the meaning of “calamity.”

EPCOT Remy's Ratatouille Adventure coming to Epcot

Looking forward to this! Does anyone know if they are going 2D or 3D with the projection? In France they recently tested non-3D with guests raised on the 3D version. The ride is hindered by the 3D since it dramatically takes away from the sets and lighting.

    News Disney Riviera Resort announced

There is no theme or story to the architecture. They built the largest, cheapest time share structure they could imagine for the lot, then slapped a French mansard “hat” on it, some cheap awnings and an occasional touch to wrought iron so they could call it “French.” It’s like saying Mc Donald’s...

DHS So what changes will we see at DHS GE based on DL GE?

How are they going to be different? Maybe the CM’s will try harder and know Star Wars. They will also sell shot glasses for the clientele.

Disney Resorts: On the Verge of Ordinary

Modernism isn’t what they are delivering. It’s repetitive, unimaginative and ordinary. Yes, the value resorts (all star) rooms were depressingly ugly, but that’s not what I’m referring to. Either way, you win - you get your HGTV room. Enjoy! The attached photo is modernism.

Disney Resorts: On the Verge of Ordinary

The rooms used to speak of the “Coney Island”’vibe. Now they resemble a Marriott retirement community or assisted living home. The previous rooms told the story of the hotel - that’s what made them Disney. They had a tea cup custom light, period art, custom white furniture. It wasn’t a Mickey...

Disney Resorts: On the Verge of Ordinary

With the opening of Gran Destino, the upcoming Riviera Resort, Reflections Lodge, The Cove and the ongoing homogenization of guest room and restaurant interiors (Wilderness Lodge, yacht club, Beach Club... ) Disney has thrown in the towel with signature “Disney” iconic resorts. With building...

DHS Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

The ride is gps, no embedded wire. It’s been in use in Tokyo and Hong Kong successfully for years.

DHS Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Without both rides open it is not a successful land. Disneyland has been a ghost town since the opening, with feared crowds never materializing. While I love the detail, placemaking and retail of the land, it is ultimately lacking a signature attraction. While Smugglers Run is great, it does not...

News Date set for reopening of Rafiki’s Planet Watch along with new Animation Experience

At least we get a short train ride. Maybe they will buy a spin art experience in spaceship earth. Who knows what’s next?
