Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Pains me to say this, but we officially cancelled our Silver AP's. As South Florida residents, we would make the trip 2-4 times a year, but we can't see ourselves going anytime soon with everything that's going on. We'll be back as soon as it's safe and WDW returns to some sort of normal.

Favorite place to grab a cold one?

Rose and Crown (gotta have my Combo from Carl) and Baseline Tap for sure.

Do you think that Disney world will reclose its gates due to the rising number of COVID cases in Florida and around the country?

News A Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2020

Definitely not as many food items at the booths as in years past. Not really surprising given the circumstance.

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is now offering up to a 30 percent discount for Annual Passholders

They're constantly updating their prices. Frustrating if you've booked a non-refundable rate, but beneficial if you're playing the waiting game.

Depends on the testing site. Some require it, some don't.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

I have a trip to Islamorada booked for August. Really hoping they don't shut down the Keys again.

They're already doing that in Broward. Several places were cited over the weekend.

News Disney Park Pass System announced for Walt Disney World theme park reservations

Disappointing about the no park hopping, but figured that was going to be the case. We practically park hop every day, especially between Epcot and Studios since we always stay at the Swan or Dolphin.
