We used Buena Vista Scooters in February and had a great experience. Our first day the battery wasn't working right and they replaced the entire scooter that day. They can come into the parks if you have an issue. Great customer service!

Yes it's one credit for the package as well. Just a reservation doesn't get you the package though so definitely call to reserve that if you haven't yet. We were at Minnie's dinner at H&V this past December and again in February and LOVED it! Food was really good and the character interaction...

They were great and told us to call if there were any problems, even in the parks, and they would be able to replace it.
