Hi all running the diva half on Sunday... was wonder what is your go to snack/energy booster while u run? The goo sometimes makes me too hyper and jittery and someone mentioned gummy bears but how r they a source of energy? So any inputs/opinions/ideas are welcomed! Thank you Danielle:)

I posted a day ago about booking with two different airlines for going and coming home but now my other concern is or question is.......... do most people like to stick to a specific airline? i usually fly SW or JB, but I am getting a decent price with US Airways, and I am very nervous....omg...

Me and a friend are reg. for the PHM, the dilemma is, she is now going through a divorce and its not a good one, she is a good friend but I have to say she is very flaky without totally sounding like I am bashing her, my dilemma is, I am very nervous she will bail on me....which I don't mind...

my youngest is 6.5 my oldest is 12 so the only thing I think we would need is wipes, drinks and poncho's and their ipods/cameras/ my wallet/sunscreen/small snacks

Packing question: we will be leaving soon and for the first time with NO STROLLER!!!!! so open to suggestions on what to carry in the parks. Backpack? Cooler? I was going to bring my over the shoulder pocketbook and DH was going to carry a cooler but I know he is going to get tired of carrying...

so sw just opened up flights for feb. going down isn't so bad if you purchase the GETAWAY prices but coming home its close to 300.00 and change wwyd? how long would you wait before you purchase tickets?

ok everyone, hat GPS running watch do you use? and opinions and thoughts do you have on a good GPS watch that will NOT break the bank... I am NOT looking for a fancy shmancy one just looking for a basic one that will tell me miles, pace, average pace and do intervals calories i am not too...
