Actually CoP went down for a week long rehab last Nov or Dec, I can't remember exactly.

Misspelling is not all too unusual for Disney projects. When Astro Orbiter was down for rehab last year, the sign to advertise that it was closed had an error. It said: "Astro Orbiter is closed for refurbishment, please visit The Magic Carpets Of Alladin in AdventureLand." or something. :)

When I was on the ride, the yeti looked dirty white to me. I think it's the show lighting that makes it look that way. I looked at the yeti photo from Jim Hill's site and the color was dark brown. Disney's attractions look different with worklights on and off.

There are some in the Magic Kingdom. I have seen some right between Adventureland and Frontierland. The sign is right past the fry wagon and the little kodak hut near caribbean plaza.

IMO Dinosaur has better audio animatronics and more of them as well. The ride system for Dinosaur is more high tech (at least for 1995). I do enjoy the JP River Adventure more though. That T Rex is really freaky and the ride photo opportunity is better. It gets the honor of being the only ride...

They are doing the same CoP show thats been going for the last 10 or so years. It features the original song "Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" from the 64 World's Fair.

Are you sure?? I have seen guests come and go from that AAA gate up to a few weeks ago. I tend to watch that area from CoP turnstiles.

Actually the barriers have been there as long as I have been at Space Mt. (two years) or before I even worked there. Perhaps David knows. Se8472 where are you??

It's not true, I worked there twice today each lasting an hour. Thus far, it is still open.

The Space Mt. single rider has been there since April 04 or a long time before that. The Wheelchair line has been there for quite a while and has been that for as long as I have worked at SM (almost 2 yrs).
