The Happiest Place On Earth, But I Wouldn't Want To Work There

the only reason i wouldnt work there is because the thrill of going there would die out. i like the idea that i cant afford to go more than once in a 3 year span, it makes me appreciate it more, and lets the thrill of the adventure build every time. too much of a good thing becomes too routine...

    Disney Character FAV ???

Tigger in the crystal palace has always put on a great show. and im not sure if he is even there but id LOVE to run into carl from up. goofy never disappoints either. when walking into the park i always seem to go to adventure land first, so i tend to visit rafiki by the land enterance.

The Greatest Disney World Ride of All Time

This is difficult, but i would have to say PotC. I say this only because as some here have learned in my past answers, i base everything on the nostalgia of being a disney child. Now being 30 I want to hold onto the childhood memories of the park, and rides that bring back the most of my...

one night, kids staying in the room with the grandmas, what do you do?

So we are going in November, and the party consists of 2 sets of families. Both have one grandma, a married couple (aged 30) and both have one 4 year old and one 2 year old. We are going for 8 days, day 1 and day 8 to travel, so 6 full days in the world. we bought a 5 day ticket with the...

Unmagical Day at the Magic Kingdom

No doubt travelling with a big family is much extra work, i have only 2 and i can appreciate the extra work into bringing young children. But at the same time there is so much more to planning then the actual booking. For instance, because of this site and others like it i knew the moat would be...

How does the Toy Story midway ride fit DHS?

i take it as an ode to disney films. toy story was a huge success and marked a place in hollywood history. I cant say that pixar place is really a land in itself, but i think the ride holds its own just fine. to me hollywood studios was built as a living tribute to all things film, and toy story...

    Favorite ride in MK?

I appreciate Disney for nostalgia and reminders of childhood, so typically my "favorites" in the parks are things that bring me back the most. So with that logic I would have to say PotC only because of the memories throughout the years on it.

    Seven Dwarfs Minetrain Pov Video...

i feel like it was edited a little, so hopefully its not as short as perceived. Going into this i understand that its geared for kids, so the thrill factor may equal that of splash mountain, but still, the theme quality is there and hey, its still something new to see!

So is there an advantage to using a Disney authorized travel agent?

What I am asking is if there is an advantage financially or otherwise when going through a company like Kingdom Konsultants? will they find deals that I wont be able to?

When to go...... September or October you decide!

honestly I ALWAYS go within the first 2 weeks of November, the Christmas lights are up, the crowds from mnsshp are gone, and the holiday crowds have yet to arrive. the weather is a steady mid-high 70's and its usually less crowded. this year im going November 4th-11th.

EPCOT: What would you add or change?

the possibilities are endless really, i was thinking: - guests get aboard an escape pod thats floating through space, accompained by wallE on his fire extinguisher. - guests would be explorers from the axium that landed on a barren earth on some sort of exploration pod, only to be greeted by...

EPCOT: What would you add or change?

I would add a country, and another e-ticket. I always said wallE would have a nice fit in epcot.

How can people justify going often?

i find spacing my trips over at least 2 years has helped my wallet and my desires to return. as a disney freak it would be easy for me to say that i would like to be that family that goes twice a year, but deep down i know that time makes the heart grow fonder. 2-3 in between trips has worked...
