I understand the decision to close PI - I don't really like it - but those are two different things. Before anyone gets out of control (as that never happens here at WDWMagic) - you may want to wait and see what will be opening in this location - it may suck - but it may be much better too.

as with anything - you get what you pay for. a $50 room will be a $50 room - and in the terms of a vacation that you may be spending thousands of dollars on - it will probably underwhelm you. for not much more (in the total vacation cost) you could probably stay at Pop Century or a realy hotel...

oh yeah - because closing an always-empty club and a much-ignored stage really killed the island :rolleyes:

if you wear shoes (I always wear Born sandels in the summer due to the heat and living in Orlando) I recommend a technical fabric sock (like Nike Dri-Fit). Cotton is the enemy when you are sweating, it will hurt you - technical fabrics are much better.

I am going to take a wild guess that you have not heard any of that from a credible source. Expect a few changes within the clubs, and perhaps one redundant club to close....but ultimately the goal is to get more people on the island on any given night. Expect more restaurants, and a more...

I use it when running longer distances - could not have finished the marathon without it (with any level of comfort)
