Not all kids think Space and BTMRR are fun. I've seen plenty of them get off in tears. Lot of kids liked AE. The ones whose parents knew they could handle it, as opposed to the ones who were scared even before their obsessive parents drug them on it. The same parents who then got mad.

Here is all the defense necessary: Something for everyone, not everything for everyone. There is no reason or expectation that every attraction at MK be child friendly. Space isn't for everybody. Neither is BTMRR. Removing Alien Encounter was a misguided, bone-headed, knee-jerk reaction to...

Irrelevant. No matter how good it is, which by its very nature is limited, it will forever be tainted by its location. From what little I know about the proposed ride, there's no reason to think it won't be good. It just has no business in Epcot.
