The prices of the Figment's on E-bay have significantly plumeted the last few days. They have 'em now for the same price you'd pay in the store with tax. Yeah you have to pay shipping but heck it comes right to your door.

Confirming AP/DVC discounted tix must be purchased in advance. Guest Relations is only able to print out will-called versions and does NOT carry anything but the regular gate-priced tickets.

Cap I don't think the discounted park hopper rate for FL residents will carry over to this type of ticket. Only time will tell, of course.

The only way this is gonna work is if they require credit card guarantees for ALL reservations. Otherwise people will circumvent whatever system they have in and make as many dining reservations as they want. On a positive note, this will take a lot of pressure off Disney Dining from those...

The WorldKey kiosks were located outside of the current Guest Relations location, not where you are describing. That area is/was owned by WDW Research to sit people on laptops to do surveys.

The acceptance rate for CPs is astronomical. Unless you're a complete moron or can't speak English, you'll be fine.

As former concierge I can unfortunately tell you that Concierge at the resorts has the exact same Dining system as the WDW-DINE folks have.
