They decorations start going up a few days after Halloween. The first Christmas Party is November 8th so the castle lights will be working by then. I believe they are working on the castle lights now as the crane was there. Hope that helps. You can always call and ask guest services.

We have annual passes and can't link them to our bands. Many calls later and talked to so many people it can not yet be done with all AP's. They are a hit or miss if the number will be taken. So no fastpass+ reservations for us! Thats a bummer!!
