If you could have one Disneyland ride vehicle from any era to display at your house which would it be?

I'd say Doom Buggy, but personally, I would find it gross to have it in my house (rather than in a public space like a museum). Honestly, the Rocket Rod cars were pretty slick despite how bad the ride was, maybe I'll just go with those.

Will the Little Mermaid ride be changed?

I definitely think the franchise deserves a more creative attraction, rather than just being essentially a pastiche of the film. The question is, what kind of approach would the new attraction take?

    The Miscellaneous Thought Thread

I for one would be intrigued what a partial, or even a complete (albeit completed in phases) redevelopment, of Downtown Disney would bring to the resort. I'm a fan of Downtown Disney and I sometimes wonder what new projects could come down the pipeline.

    Describe an attraction….badly.

An awful shrine to the horrors of one of the causes of Global Warming.

What land are you excited most for with Fantasy Springs?

Everything. Tokyo DisneySea is one of the peaks of Imagineering as a whole (along with the OG Epcot Future World) so I have (admittedly) absurdly high expectations for Fantasy Springs.

Grad Nite at Disneyland was a ton of fun. I remember gravitating more towards the dance floors than the attractions.

What ride/area from overseas would you add to FL and where?

I could get behind this! Their version is absolutely incredible, and honestly the best version of the attraction.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

It's an amazing city and easily my favorite city in the world. The WW2 Museum is one of the best museums in country, too.

CM’s counting change at registers in front of guests

That definitely reminds me, I need to use Yelp a bit more, if only to really put the names out there of people who need it. Although personally I would probably just review everyone in a positive light, LOL.

CM’s counting change at registers in front of guests

Oh no worries, I wasn't accusing you of that. Rather, I unfortunately see it A LOT IRL, as I'm sure you do as well. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I see the frustration that even we deal with in general when we want to provide service to others as a way to genuinely connect...

CM’s counting change at registers in front of guests

It's a shame that morale is incredibly low at Disneyland. Definitely not going to lay the blame on the poor Cast Members who barely make above minimum wage, even if I do understand the criticism. People pay a lot to go there, and it's just unfair to the people whose this one trip to Disneyland...

    Which would you pick ?

Isn't Port Orleans closer to Epcot than Animal Kingdom Lodge? That coupled with the fact that its costlier a night to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Port Orleans seems better.

    Splash Mountain Memorial Thread

RIP to one of the GOAT attractions.

    least favorite past attraction

Luigi's Flying Tires. Probably the worst attraction I've ever ridden in the parks.

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

The Universal Monsters Attraction is my most anticipated attraction...honestly, ever. Never been this excited for an attraction like this in my life.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

Did he? Ah well, so much for clinging on to that for hope. But yeah, that's definitely a bad sign.

Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin - Classic or Not

It's a fun attraction, and the interactive element is great for kids especially (my nephew absolutely LOVES it for that reason). But a classic? Definitely a stretch.

Toy Story Hotel Planned to replace Paradise Pier Hotel?

Yeaaaahhhhh.........uh....I try to remain optimistic. Side note: I've always had a soft spot for this hotel. It feels like it is both part of the resort (insulated/insular) and part of the real world.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

I'm excited. I heard from a few others that Tony Baxter was impressed with what they had come up with, so my expectations are high without feeling like I'm setting myself up for disappointment.
