    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

No, I'm not mad with the trainee who have accidentally spin Lilly's wheels, I was mad with those inconsiderate and over-reacting jerks on Twitter not giving her a chance to prove herself to be worthy as an engineer. Anyways, I'm glad the trainee learned her lesson after that little wheel...

    News Roy O. Disney overhaul

I think the locomotive entered service without a name on December 1, just 20 days before Roy passed on and the locomotive was given his namesake. So that will probably explain why the locomotive's namesake logo does not have a red background until it gains one in the mid 1970s.

    News Roy O. Disney overhaul

Here's some photo references of Roy's liveries over the years. He first entered service with a lighter gray smokebox color, orange and white pinstriping on his headlamp and cylinders, and a vermillion logo color in the early 1970s: He later gained a headlamp painting of a deer in mid-1973...

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

Sorry, but I don't think they're going move Lilly's automatic ignition box towards the rear of her cab, because I believe the wires are too long and would interfere with the rails.

Maybe they're out of Disney dark green color. :/

    WDWRR cab ride video

I've found a November 1990 cab ride video of the Lilly Belle on YouTube! :) It was probably taken by a former WDWRR cast member:

    News Roy O. Disney overhaul

Regardless, I love Broggie's idea of adding the brass eagle ornament on all of the WDWRR locomotives' sand dome. It makes them look ornate! :)

    News Roy O. Disney overhaul

I believe Roy is going to get a brass eagle when he came back from Strasburg just like Lilly, Walter, and Roger. This was all Michael Broggie's idea. :) Watch this video around the 17:28 mark:

You need to ask the WDWRR cast member on Instagram.

You need to understand that I have autism, which means I'm very detail oriented by looking carefully at the whistles and identify its appearance, chamber shapes, sound, and what type of different brand they came from.

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

Yeah, they gutted the tenders up with diesel motors... -_-

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

Yeah, why can't they add a wheel on the NOS water tower to lower the spout down just like the WDWRR's Fantasyland water tower?

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

Actually, that's a computerized ignition system box, which was installed around May 2017: Here's some info on the computerized ignition system box: https://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/lilly-belle-like-you’ve-probably-never-seen-her-before.946469/

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

I honestly prefer Walter with the Buckeye whistle more, because every time I hear Lilly wearing Walter's original Buckeye, it started to remind me of Walter... :(

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

That's very incorrect, because Strasburg were ones who did the new tender logo on it. Look at the video of Roger under testing at Strasburg and you can visibly the newly redesigned logo on the tender underneath the covered tarpaulin:

For those who were wondering what Roger's original Buckeye whistle sounds like, here's the video of it:

    News Walter E. Disney overhaul

Nah, I'd rather have Walter with the Crosby whistle so that way he and Roger would not sound too similar to one another or maybe give Walter his original Buckeye whistle back from Lilly. :p

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

Fun Fact: The WDWRR crew nicknamed No. 3 "Big Daddy Roger" due to them wanting to operate this locomotive everyday. :)

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

The Lonergan 4 inch 3-chime whistle sounds brilliant on Roger, but a little too low pitch whenever some of the engineers slacked off on the whistle cord or the Lonergan itself had some sediments clogging up one of the chambers causing the whistle to sound like a Crosby:
