Nonsense, not all feedwater heaters are always mounted on top of the locomotives' smokebox. FYI, the first Southern Ps-4s built in 1923-1924 had the Worthington 3-B type feedwater heater mounted on the running board of the fireman's side.

Now that Walter got the Baldwin whistle back, I would like to have a Lonergan 5 inch 3-chime on Roger:

I know Walter's Crosby and Roger's Lonergan sound almost to one another, but there's a big difference; the Crosby's chamber shapes were sharp arched with a much lower note, while the Lonergan's chambers were somewhat hexagonal and a rather higher note.

Right now on the WDWRR, I saw Lilly and Roger being the only two trains running per livestream video, and I believe Walter is under maintenance.

What makes you think that the WDWRR weren't able to run three trains due to being understaffed? IIRC, they DO run ALL three trains (Walter, Lilly, and Roy) back when the WDWRR reopened from the last two years ago:

Woah! Looking at the concept art logo, I think Walter should have the chrome yellow pinstriping on his final concept logo and headlamp that matches the pinstriping on his cylinder and would also explain the chrome yellow wrapping the brown stripe on his tender wing originally from 1974 to 2016.

I also heard that the Roy's smokestack came from the fifth locomotive, UdeY #52, which was intended to be restored, but cannibalized due to its poor condition. Here's the early 1960s photo of No. 52 on display at the Merida Union Station...

So, Roy himself is fine having the 4-4-0 named after him?
