It's more down to us being Disney people. Other half is just not willing to entertain other cruise lines. I would be willing to try other when I see how much cheaper they are although im not sure whether our son would enjoy it as much.

We are slightly feeling that way too. We own DVC so are invested in WDW but we love the all in cost that we get with DCL and minimal planning. WDW is just a headache in comparison. It also doesn't help that our son who's has autism prefers DCL too.

I was shocked that there are 30-40 tours a day in WDW which was way higher than I imagined. I guess there is a demand for these high prices services which is fine but they need to throw a bone to the bulk of us peasants who make up most of the income.
