Where are you looking to make reservations for in MK? I just helped my boss make reservations for November this morning and she dinner at Crystal Palace and lunch in Cinderella's Royal Table. Try switching your times around a little bit. :) Good luck.

Logan Airport in Boston is a Hub for Jetblue I think so you can always find nonstop flights with no issues. You can always open a Disney Chase Visa card. I am pretty sure they give you a $50 Disney credit after your first purchase. Buy something small ahead of your trip and then request the Disney Reward gift card a few weeks before your departure. An extra $50.00 could go a long way.
