I know the MK view restaurants have the music piped in and played during the fireworks shows but I haven't heard about it being in the rooms. :shrug: I stayed at a MK view room and I could hear the music being played in the distance - but there was no way to turn it on in the room.

The Artist's Point lounge in WL serves lite snacks and stuff at the bar. I remember having something with pulled pork there one time and I seem to remember having some other snacks there as well.:slurp: I would check to see which park has EMH and check the menus for that park. Not all, but...

I always travel to WDW without kids. Stay on property. I like going right after Thanksgiving but before the week before Christmas:xmas: All the decorations are up, kids still in schools so low crowds and great temperatures. I happen to LOVE:sohappy: the Grand Floridian and the Wilderness...

I like Citricos over Narcoosees. Yachtsman's is fantastic, always a great meal:slurp:. Hoop-De-Doo is OK, but keep in mind you will be seated VERY far away from the stage and probably up in the rafters. If you are doing Hoop-De-Do, I would pay for the preferred seating so that you will enjoy...

I will NEVER stop going to Disneyworld - and NOTHING will stop me from going back time and time again. I would love to say every year but economy has me on a 2 to 3 year rotation!:p

I actually dream :snore: that I am hearing and waking up to the train whistle for MK and boat horns and the music for opening... and then dissapointment sets in when I actually wake up to realize it is the commuter train down the hill from me and the street sweeper & fire horn in the distance...

For short notice trips, I would suggest you don't discount the restaurants in the Resorts. Yachtsmans Steakhouse in Yacht Club is excellent, as well as Shula's in the Swan. Try looking at what restaurants are in the delux resorts and you might find what you are looking for and be able to get in.
