I think it was a custom layout made for Disney. Mainly because there's only one other version of this ride (as far as I know) and it came after RNRC. I think an off-the-shelf model would constitute something like an Arrow Corkscrew, which was all over the place.

There has been no announcement by Disney if Runaway Railway is coming to DL, so it wouldn't make sense to close the area before announcing the project. Other than that, I don't know why it's unscheduled.

I honestly think Disneyland got the worst deal. At least with MK's, it's the end of the exit, so you're in and out no problem. You'll be standing for a good while in the extended queue at DL's, and all you have to look at are a satellite and some space pics.

I overall like the change. I'll miss the walkway no doubt. They could add some effects and adjust the lighting in the final room, but this is a change I'm okay with.

Clickbait did an article on the exit; in it, they suggested that a single rider line could be coming. Any possibility? Personally, I don't think there's enough room to reconfigure everything for a single rider line.

My only guess is that the new room came from the green room and maybe the arcade part of the gift shop? I don't know since I never went into the arcade.

That one's bad, but I think Tron's much worse. Seven Dwarf's is a family ride Disney didn't think would be the hit it is today. Tron is an E-Ticket coaster, and I believe all E-Ticket coasters should have a THRC of 1800-2000 at the lowest (and I'm being generous with those numbers). If this ride...

Those numbers are unacceptable. Unless they make some train or length adjustments, which looks highly unlikely, this ride will have a horrific wait time for possibly decades.

I would like to ask, what the THRC for Tron? Whenever I try to calculate it, the number seems unreasonably low.
