The best thing to do is use the designated stroller parking areas. If you park it in front of an attraction (for example: Buzz, Monsters, or Stitch in Tomorrowland) it WILL get moved. There are CM's whose tasks are to move "illegally" parked strollers and bring them to the parking areas.

Don't loose hope, I'm sure all of that will come in January.

How the resorts are grouped (especially these five) depends on the season and how busy the parks are forecasted to be. They may even be combined or be dispatched separate buses depending on the time of day.

These have all been installed already. They are suspended below the overhang over the turnstiles. They are very helpful in directing guests to which turnstiles are available for "exiting" and which way to busses, monorails, and ferry boats.
