I'm pretty sure every parent would answer "Because Nemo is a puppet". Pretty standard stuff for kids to understand. The show is only 30 minutes long, with songs throughout, larger than life puppets, kids will eat this up. I'm very impressed with how lifelike the puppets are. Amazing detail.

Nemo and Toy Story are still huge merchandise lines for Disney, right up there with the Princesses(all of them combined). A good ride will stay popular no matter what the theme. The theme gets people in originally, a good ride keeps them coming back. Compare Peter Pan to Pinocchio at DLR...

I'm with you, those pictures were amazing. I was expecting Little Mermaid quality but they look much better. If the rest of the songs are similar in quality to Big Blue World then this should be an amazing show. May have to visit AK twice on my next vacation.

Actually he does some historical stories that are very good. Considering its free and that he writes 2-3 things a week, its better reading then most Disney sites provide.

There is nothing wrong with this. Take your kids, teach them. Hopefully other parents will do so as well. Maybe even the parents will learn something. There is more than enough things offered by Disney that allow all of us to do this. We just shouldn't expect a company like Disney to do it...

DCA's Turtle Talk is a larger theater by about 50 people and plays just as well as WDW's version does. The biggest problem I had the last time I went was they were allowing adults to sit down in the kids area. Nothing like a big grownups head blocking your 4 year old daughters view.

Was the HCOE addition louder than the 1st addition? That was my big gripe with the first one, you just couldn't hear him that well in the parks(at a quiet home, no problem).
