Maelstrom for me, that dark Norwegian seaport is awesome.

It sounds like a pretty ambitious project, I'm excited to see what they come up with. We know they have the money to back it up, so let's hope they get the right talent. Even if it rivals WDW in size and scale, the big challenge is getting talented and creative people to design attractions...

I think Maelstrom has a nice one, with the large paintings on the walls. To be honest, they are all pretty good. Tower of Terror is awesome, especially at night when nobody is around. My brother would fly to Orlando just for Tower's queue.

Does anyone have any information about this new E-Ticket in World Showcase? Is Disney settled on one idea or are there several different ideas under consideration? What country will it be in?

WDW has about 60,000 employees, so that number is very small. Also, Disney counts EVERYTHING as an injury, even little cuts.

I don't think Clearwater is any worse than Daytona or Cocoa. It's a touristy beach, so you know what to expect. Anything on the Gulf side is nicer though, and probably worth the drive. The sand is white (as opposed to brown), the water is much calmer, much clearer and MUCH warmer. Seems to be...

I think if you have been to WDW before, and you are returning real quick just to take in the resorts, then it counts. If you have never been to any of the parks and just took in a meal at Boardwalk, I would definitely say it does not count. A buddy of mine once stopped at Downtown Disney...

This looks like one of the best Disney or Pixar films in years. I think it looks really fresh and sophisticated, and Remy already seems like a classic Disney character.

I consider myself a WDW expert, but I just discovered from reading another post that there is a boat ride from DTD to both Port Orleans resorts - I had no idea. Is it a nice boatride? Anyone have pics I could check out? Thanks.

I agree that MGM needs some major work. Every person I have ever brought on Star Tours ended up getting sick. Rides like Soarin really make Star Tours look outdated. The queue is nice, but the ride is really lacking. Sounds Dangerous is somewhat interesting to some people, but lets be honest -...

You can get on the monorail a hundred different ways without paying. If you wanna get into Epcot for free, just bring scuba gear to Boardwalk and swim it.

I have a few: Riding the monorail and seeing Cinderalla Castle and Spaceship Earth coming into view. Watching Philharmagic Approaching World Showcase and looking at all the countries across the water.

I never got to see inside of World Showplace...what exactly is (or was) in there? Is the inside themed like World Showcase, or is it just a big tent?

The walk from Boardwalk to MGM is very nice, I used to walk it a lot when I was on the CP, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are planning a busy day in the parks. Maybe if you took the whole day off from parks and you are just going to MGM for a few hours... I hate trying to squeeze a Disney...
