I don't think there will be more than 750 people in this resort per night (250 rooms). At $1000/night for 365 days bring you to a cool 275 million in revenue prior to upsells and merch. I wonder if any resorts are doing anywhere near half a billion a year.

Well for the foreseeable future 3-5-10 years yes, I'm sure those rooms will be sold out but to sustain the resort over the long haul demographics from across the board are going to have to be marketed to.
