Oh agreed. Lettuces are very susceptible to E-Coli, Lysteria and other bacteria which is why it's very important to wash it thoroughly. What I'm saying is that the aphid is not going to make a person sick. Other bacteria on the lettuce might...but that's not being brought up in the lawsuit.

Typically lettuce wraps are "build your own", so it makes sense that they saw the bugs while they were putting them together. What does not make sense is why they would continue to eat them lol.

I don't know....I typically enjoy 90% of my dining experiences at WDW. My expectations aren't sky high as I'm ultimately in a theme park and not in a trendy neighborhood in NYC. I miss Starring Rolls in general over at DHS. It was the only decent QS in my opinion and had really good sandwiches. The deli meat was good quality, not slimy over processed stuff. Lots of cupcakes and pastries to choose from. 😢

I love Captain's Grille! We eat here on almost every trip. Easy to get a ADR, food is good and it's on site, so nice and easy. The crab cakes are delish.
