I did not read through the whole thread at HHN Vault. The best thing to do with the passes on busy nights are go far back as possible. Hit as many of the houses before the lines get busy. Then work your back to the front and the lines for the express passes should be fine. People always...

I go to Halloween Horror Nights normally anywhere from 3-8 times each season. I always get the express pass at least 1 of the nights.
