    Narcoossee's first night

I would leave at least a half hour before - even a few minutes earlier. It's a wonderful restaurant, I had such a memorable evening the last time I was there. The food is great, as is the location. I would take the boat unless there was a long line. Denise

Ohana - Need ADR!! Walk in?

If you want to try a walk in, I'd get there right before the restaurant opens. That is usually the easiest way to get in (not guaranteed of course). Denise

Characters in Flight opens Spring 2009 (with pics!)

Thanks - I am sorry, I had no idea that was allowed! I put my website on my profile.

    big balloon at dtd

It isn't cheap, but I find the price reasonable. There was a lot of curiosity about it yesterday, I expect it to be very popular. Denise

    big balloon at dtd

We actually put up 4 videos total from when I was there today. :) (and I have like 40 pics up too). It looks pretty nice. Denise

Characters in Flight opens Spring 2009 (with pics!)

I spent like 2 hours taking pics/video today for my site, I can't believe it will be open in a week or so! Denise

Remy at Epcot Chef de France

I am glad everyone likes my pics and video! Remy is not there on Sundays, and is available 3x per lunch and 1x (5pm) for dinner, with breaks. So currently, it's easiest to see him for lunch. Denise

All Epcot, All the Time (aka Has Disney given up on SSE?)

It is a lot easier to do it from the monorail than the a planter (those are my photos). :) I did take a second lap, so it can be time consuming to stay on the monorail for more pics!

Is Bay Lake Tower Really That Bad?

I'd taken the photos and video on Jeffs site, and have been taking pics of the BLT when it was just dirt. (DVC dirt, as someone once said!) I did not like the BLT plans when I first saw the renderings - and I still prefer the smaller wings flanking the main tower. But the BLT has grown on...

    Contempo Cafe Update 10/10/08

That is my site - I plan to stop there tomorrow. I do miss the Food and Fun Center, that was my favorite fast-food on property for many years (since the 1970's!) But the Contempo Cafe looks really nice.

    Adventurer's Hope?

I was at the AC a couple of weeks back - it wasn't busy at all. Okay, a little for an hour or two, then it died down dramatically. The Hoopla was changed to an earlier time. The AC couldn't even hold a crowd each night for it's last few weeks. I would be surprised if Disney kept it going...

    DVC tour of Cinderella Suite

I stayed there - it is small, and won't be a long tour. I just toured the Disneyland Dream Suite, that is 4x the size of the castle suite. I'd imagine that Disney could easily get $5000 per night if they ever sold it as a room. I'm not quite sure how that equals out to DVC points....

    Girl Molested at Downtown Disney

WDW isn't in Orlando - Disneyland IS in Anaheim. You can't compare the two. You can compare Orlando to LA - to me, that is more comparable. Much of the crime in Orlando is far away from the parks. But nowhere is 100% safe, it doesn't matter if you charge for parking, etc.

A celebrity offered $100,000 + to stay in the castle suite.....

#1 - I have no idea how much the person who offered has (or if it was really the McGraws). #2 - I've read about plenty of birthday parties/weddings that cost a million or more. Of COURSE there are people who would pay a million for a night in the castle. If it was throw-away type money...

A celebrity offered $100,000 + to stay in the castle suite.....

If someone has 100 million dollars, I can't imagine it is much of a hardship to part with 1 million of it for an experience they very much want.

A celebrity offered $100,000 + to stay in the castle suite.....

Well, cast members COULD stay. If you had a friend who won, there is nothing in the rules to say you can't stay with them. You and your family just can't win. It is too bad, but that is the type of rules for most contests. In the end, I think I'd rather see it rented out for $5k or so per...

A celebrity offered $100,000 + to stay in the castle suite.....

I really like Glenn Beck. And as I mentioned, this was told to ME by the Dreams Squad when my parents won the suite. Except that the figure was like a million dollars, not just 100k. Either way, it sounded believable. I would expect to pay 5k - 10k per night if it ever did get rented to...

A celebrity offered $100,000 + to stay in the castle suite.....

When we stayed in the castle (December), we were told that a million dollars had been turned down (by some Dream Squad members). I hope it is used for Make a Wish and GKTW, that would be awesome. Denise

Whyfor? :-P Not sure why one would want to spark a debate about a person, as opposed to ideas. Denise
