I'm missing your point Marni. Are you saying that there are factors outside of TDO control that may cause them to expand the monorail, or do these factors detract from that possibility?

My two cents is this: With the increase in fuel costs and the increase in attendance, transportation is something they have to revisit. The monorail IS iconic of WDW, even if it is more expensive. While expensive to build, I can't help but wonder if long term operations and maintenance costs...
