    Once Upon A Studio

That was really well done. I'd be okay with that finding a home either in the film festival at Imagination or somewhere at Studios. Charming and jammed pack with cameos.

    "Future World" or World Showcase

I still lean towards FW. However with so much lost in FW and the relative improvements to WS, it's much closer than at any other point in Epcot's history. What tips FW is: 1) Weather proof - While the removal of UoE's long experience, WOL, and Innoventions West have lessened this, it's still...

Why No Listen to the Land?

There’s been like 3-4 renditions of Golden Dreams since the park has opened, right? I just don’t see them going “okay, let’s just pop this right back in”. The creatives are going to want to leave their mark and tweak it, even if just slightly.

Why No Listen to the Land?

I suspect it’s just a matter of cost. The family from Denver is going to view the original song as pretty dated sounding. They’d have to spend some money recording a new version and then figure out how to meld it onto the present attraction. Tbh I like the 1994 opening scene and sounds, it sets...

EPCOT Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

Barring severely bad utility decisions during JoW construction, there’s room there. Slightly larger than the current Club Cool space or slightly smaller than the new stage overhang. So it’s not massive, but you could squeeze in a small exhibit or retail space.

EPCOT The Seas pavilion new color scheme

They created bypasses after United Technologies left (around the millennium) As somebody who’s extremely sympathetic and misses the old Epcot, the seacabs were severely lacking. They seemed overly VE’d. After the amazing effect of the hydrolators, the cabs felt underwhelming. The film was a...

EPCOT Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

That NW sliver isn't massive, but there's room to squeeze in more than just a wall or kiosk. Especially if the backside is given a treatment to blend in with JoW. With creative space usage you could have additional festival exhibition space or an additional gift store given Creations'...

News Walt Disney World Annual Pass price increases October 2023

Who’s waiting for anything? Everybody seems pretty clear eyed here.

News Walt Disney World Annual Pass price increases October 2023

Offering x number of days of free genie+, with the amount of days dependent on AP tier, seems like an easy way to earn goodwill without sabotaging the system. Something like: Incredi - 25 days per year Sorcerer - 20 days per year Pirate - 15 days per year Pixie - 10 days per year That said, we...

EPCOT Journey of Water featuring Moana coming to Epcot

After experiencing it in person, I stand by my original assesments: - a beautiful, but excessively costly space - a modest experiential improvement from the Innoventions exhibits of the last 25 years. - seems like an overall capacity loss from Innoventions West (at least the Innoventions of...

EPCOT Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

The sign and greenhouses have been looking fantastic. However, the first half is in desperate need of refurbishment & the ending needs to be updated from 1994. On three separate rides last week, all figures in the rainforest were static and a few work lights left on. Then in the farmhouse...

New Pavement outside of Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade

Wasn’t sure where to post this, feel free to combine if another thread is more appropriate. The pavement project in front of the Shootin’ Arcade is complete and a new look has debuted. The dusty colored pavement features the “rustic” cuts similar to new fantasyland and the Magic Carpets area...

Muppet Vision 3D - New Projection Effect

Fireworks were working in full order as of today. The bubbles were pumping out at a good rate as well, however they only fell over about 1/3-1/2 of the theater. They were working as of today. Also worth noting the “burning rubber” fog effect was MIA again. Seats are also still in rough...

Pics from today, all the recent rain appears to have put the repaint on pause:

EPCOT Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

While they’re painting around there, I sure wouldn’t be mad if Sea Base Alpha went back to a brighter color scheme. Obviously not holding my breath for that.

News Return of the Walt Disney World tram fleet tracker

It’s been 2 weeks since they were spotted testing at Hollywood Studios. Exactly how many hours do they need before actually accepting guests? Have there been any signs of testing/training at Epcot?

The beige/tan always made the mural area pop more in my memory. Wouldn’t be opposed to it returning.

DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

That's plausible. My assumption is that becomes the animal trail. If they A) remove the path from Dinosaur to Chester/Hesters & B) add some temple theming (like TDS) to the Dino show building, there's a fair amount of space to work with, roughly half the size of Maharajah Jungle Trek: That...
