This is functionally the same as before. There were restrooms located next to/south of Character Spot/Pasta Piazza/Sunrise Terrace. Though thanks to better building codes, the new ones shouldn’t be claustrophobia inducing like the old ones.

It’s just an odd location for it IMO. You have two parks (DHS & MK) desperate for capacity relief, and another (AK) that needed more things to do years ago. Plus they’ve already indicated they want to have Encanto permanently at AK.
