I'll add that I do not think Disney considers Universal the competitor that most people want to think that they are. Its a fun place to go for a couple of days but that it. Even tacking on a Seaworld day does not compare to a Disney Vacation. Epic will get them closer but they still have a ways...

I've found if you're going to go to Universal, just buy the AP and go more than once. Get the premier pass and you get express pass after 4pm.

Agreed. Why not sell a cheaper pass to an out of stater who could come down during a non peak times. But....since I'm paying $1500 per pass, we are going to clog up lines during Christmas week.

HOP is an attraction that pulls on peoples heartstrings like COP. And I'm sure it was great tech 50 years ago and got plenty of ooh's and aah's but in today times, it just doesn't belong. If I go to the parks yearly, I may drop in on HOP every 5 years? maybe. I can't imagine I'm the only one...

The simple answer would be cut prices to bring in more guests to increase revenue. To the parks, hotels and restaurants......except for that little pesky capacity issue they've been sticking their head in the sand.....for the last 2 decades

One thing I've noticed about the top 20% of income earners, they have a lot more expenses than I do.

If it could be done all over again from the beginning, I think an on ground rail system would have been the most efficient. 2 to 3 hub locations with higher end resorts offering direct access to a park.
